When a DATETIME or DATETIME-TZ variable’s FORMAT is specified (e.g., d:FORMAT = "99/99.9999"), FWD should align the format with SESSION:DATE-FORMAT, mirroring the behavior implemented for DATE in task #9855. Extend this alignment to all formats derived from DATE.
