We need to fix FIELD-GROUP's width/height and location attributes, as these may be used by business logic.

A small workaround used in 3507a is to report the frame's dimension.

Actually, field-group's height is not the frame height - I think this is computed from frame definition, with the minimum boundary which holds all widgets.
