A problem with desktop repainting when a window is moved with WEB driver. Part of the window is not erased, when the windows is dragged down. See the video window-move-repaint-problem.mp4 attached.
I traced this down to 3821c. rev. 12700. So, if this is a regression, it must be quite old.

Interesting, I don't see this. Are there any extra steps beside creating a window and dragging it?

Update: this problem exist when using Mozilla browser, and does not exist in Chrome.
