The selection list in OE:

the same list in FWD:

The differences:

1. in FWD the list is one pixel wider than that in OE
2. in FWD the height of the list is two pixels less than that in OE
3. in FWD the item text is shifted one pixel right and two pixels down

as the result of 2 and 3, the last row text is clipped at the bottom.

Another difference visible on the same screenshots above: in FWD the red dotted rectangle around the selected item is shifted one pixel left relative to the blue filled background rectangle. Also, the right line of this rectangle is clipped.
