Compares two AggregatorElements, based upon their contained Accumulator's weights. Lower weights sort first.

o1 - AggregatorElement 1.

o2 - AggregatorElement 2.

Returns:

Negative value if o1's weight is lower than o2's; positive value if o2's weight is lower than o1's; 0 if they have equal weights.
