The purpose of this task is to move the name_map.xml to the conversion folder, this is a breaking change which will require configuration changes. The implementation was part of 6083a branch, but later backed out.

I committed 7180a/16347. Moved the name_map.xml to the cvt folder.
Greg, I remember you already reviewed the changes, but have a second look. The case where the name-map is not set in p2j.cfg.xml is also covered.
