Build a suite of automated tests to explore and check the E4GL preprocessor. Put details on the design, implementation and instructions to run the tests in E4GL Preprocessor Testcases. I've listed the related Redmine tasks to mine for testcases. The testcases should not be limited to the examples in those issues. We need to ensure that all known E4GL features should be represented in these tests.
