I have just checked in a slightly modified version of the file. Search for this:

GES: We aren't going to have the Conversion Internals book anytime soon. In addition, I prefer to more completely document the features in this table, such that this is more of a reference than a summary. I have added a few changes already, but for each entry in this table, please add enough details to allow someone that knows TRPL to know what the progress AST needs to look like AND the what the resulting Java output would be. For example, the annotation's data type needs to be specified for each one and the format of the data inside the annotation should be explained (with any special meanings explained if needed). A small example of the annotation (and the text of the node if it matters) and the resulting Java output would complete things. All of this can be done in the Details column. You can reuse snippets from your content in the dev guide.

I've expanded the Details column to include more about how the special annotations can be used and how they affect the ASTs. The original GES: comment was not removed from doc.

The changed file is in bazaar.
