DEFINE IMAGE including widget options: FILENAME, IMAGE-UP, IMAGE-DOWN, IMAGE-INSENSITIVE; attribute CONVERT-3D-COLORS; method LOAD-IMAGE;

Does the 4GL allow .ico files to be loaded using this mechanism? If so, then see #2252-385 for an open source solution. Otherwise make a list of the image types supported by the 4GL and how Java does/doesn't support those formats.

The image support includes creating the proper GUI widget. Note that this is a GUI-only widget with no CHUI implementation.
