Start by ensuring that the following findings of #1565 are well documented in our books:
1. NTFS or some other filesystem that supports long filenames is required. Do NOT enable case-sensitivity on NTFS (J2SE breaks as does probably many other things).
2. Windows compilation seems to need more RAM (2500MB) than the same project on Linux (1800MB). This may drive a need for 64-bit Windows usage.
3. Coding custom conversion rules (e.g. customer specific annotations) must ensure that any filenames are dealt with properly. There are lots of details in #1565 regarding this.
Next, update the following books in relation to how to install P2J on Windows, build P2J on Windows, run conversion on Windows, compile the result on Windows: Conversion Handbook, Developer Guide and any build-related portions of the Runtime Installation, Configuration and Administration Guide.
