The following program will fail to build because of a missing import:
assign current-value("sequence_name") = 14.
Since there are no other database references, the missing dbimport = true assignment in language_stmts.rules causes a failure at build time.
Fixed in 3112a revision 11031. I'm putting this into conversion regression testing.
