The following improvements for the SESSION system handle are needed:
- V6DISPLAY attribute (we do not need to support the runtime for setting this to
TRUE, just allow the value to be set and read. The current POC forces this value toFALSEand resets it on exit, so this stub will be enough. - PRINTER-NAME (runtime)
- PRINTER-PORT
I don't think the POC needs extensive support for the printer attributes, can we just implement something basic?

The conversion problems in this task are solved in 3750a rev 11295: adds SESSION:V6DISPLAY conversion and get/set runtime.
