This is a task to track the list of work needed to make the runtime very easy to configure and setup.
#2316 improve directory XML encoding
#1842 implement the multi-source directory approach
#1845 create a simple tool (and docs) to provide easy creation/import of the configuration for a new server
#5061 implement a tool to simpify the deployment/install of a converted application
#4723 make it significantly easier to run database import
#4463 create a runner process which makes it a simple one-step-process to convert and execute an arbitrary set of 4GL code
