See the attached screen capture. It shows artifacts in COMBO-BOX drop down after rapidly changing the selected items with mouse.

Was this only in the WebGL renderer?
Is this the same issue as #5285?

Yes.
Is this the same issue as #5285?
No, that one was related to the implementation of line drawing.
