One of our customers pointed out that it is confusing that in virtual desktop mode, the user can drag a window so that some or most of it is outside of the virtual desktop (browser window). The customer requests that we disallow this.
I don't see a reason that an end user would need to do this, so it seems safe enough.

Actually, dragging a window outside the desktop is useful in some cases. Consider a modal window covering most of the desktop area with some vital information below the modal window. Moving the modal window out of the view and partially out of the destop is needed in such a case. This is also the reason why all modern system desktops do allow moving windows outside of the visible desktop.
