- validate collation, if not-null
- add collation support
- finish support for MATCHES and BEGINS operators
- add support for the other strength types: PRIMARY, SECONDARY, TERTIARY, QUATERNARY
- differentiate RAW and CASE_SENSITIVE
Implement a full suite of tests and make sure that implementation is complete and correct.
