Failures in TRPL should not abort the conversion process. Instead, we remove the current file from the conversion list, report the failure details and keep going.

This change should be implemented in combination with #7169 and #7180:

  • Removing the current file from the conversion list will be a feature built in to #7180.
  • Dependent files (and maybe projects?) probably also need to be removed from the conversion list, that will require #7169.
