Guidance on encoding (the Database Collation page should be turned into a separate chapter and updated)
- What encoding choices are supported? Have all of them been tested?
- How to pick the right encoding?
- Limitations of the supported encoding options.
- Implications of differences between the encoding in the OE DB and the modern DBMS. (sorting etc...)
- How to customize or add new encoding support?
