During server startup, DirtyTempTableHelper.getIndexes will hide any persistence errors, as the terminal is not configed yet - so, we need to explicitly log any persistence errors.

Update was sent for review, need to get confirmation to release it to CVS/staging.

This update should be included in the P2J which we will send to TIMCO with task TIMCO's redmine 2768.
