The HIDE ALL statement can target a stream, as in:

HIDE STREAM rpt ALL.

The attached update adds the LogicalTerminal.hideAll(Stream, boolean) API. Runtime support needs to be implemented.

This code is fine. It can be checked in without conversion regression testing.
