The following chapters in the Conversion Reference need to be reviewed and updated. The content in some cases is no longer valid for FWD v4 and in other cases we just need to add or update details.

Yes, at least the information Hibernate Mappings is no longer actual. As we removed Hibernate, the role for storing the meta information was taken by table/fields @Annotations. The chapter should be dropped completely.
Likewise, the information from DMO Index is not valid any more. There is no dmo/dmo_index.xml and even if TableMapper still performs some of the old functions, most of them were taken by the new DmoMetadataManager and DmoMeta.
